Young Leaders Advisory Council
for the Salvation Army of Greater Rochester
The Rochester Area Services Young Leaders Advisory Council (YLAC) is comprised of driven, creative "go-getters" with a wide range of experiences, talents and backgrounds. By working in conjunction with the Advisory Board and TSA staff, they apply their knowledge and skills to engage the community, promote volunteerism, and support people in need through the Salvation Army.
